IN-CENTER VOLUNTEERS
Client Advocate or Male Mentor
Our client advocates meet one-on-one with individuals to provide parenting education and compassionate options consultations for those navigating pregnancy decisions, while our male mentors walk alongside men and fathers, offering guidance, resources, and support.
Boutique Volunteer
Help sort donations and keep our boutique beautifully stocked, welcoming, and ready for families to enjoy.
Reception & Office Support
Welcome clients, answer phones, and provide light administrative support to help the office run smoothly and warmly.
School Education Volunteer
Help teach the next generation the value and dignity of life by supporting age-appropriate educational presentations in schools. This unique opportunity is offered on an as-needed basis and allows you to make a meaningful impact through education, conversation, and care.
Mosaic volunteers are highly committed, compassionate people who make a big difference in the lives of our clients. A typical time commitment involves a weekly 2-4 hour shift. Because we are committed to upholding a high level of care for the women who come to us, all potential volunteers undergo a screening and interview process.

Our Prayer Team faithfully covers Mosaic, our clients, staff, and community in prayer—interceding with compassion, confidentiality, and hope, trusting God to work powerfully in every life we serve.
Church Liaison
Connect us with your church leaders and help facilitate baby bottle campaigns or promote events throughout the year.
Service Projects
Contact us about ongoing needs at the center and how to organize a service project.
Community Connector (Outreach & Digital Engagement)
Help share the heart of Mosaic by spreading the word—both online and in person. Community Connectors share Mosaic content on social media, invite others into our mission, and build meaningful relationships through everyday conversations, events, and networking. This role extends our reach by helping more people discover life-affirming support and hope.
Event Volunteer
Join us as a volunteer for our annual Gala and Walk for Life, helping make these special events welcoming, joyful, and impactful!

Mosaic of the Southern Tier is a 501-c3 faith-based non-profit in the state of New York. We exist to help women and families experiencing an unplanned pregnancy by providing factual, life-affirming information about all their options in a safe, loving, nonjudgmental environment.
